which is the new version of Parsa 99, allows you to add Farsi features to your Arabic
Windows 98, 98 Second Edition and Millennium. With this version, you can
have the features that were once added on to your Office 97 by Parsa 99, to
your Office 2000 and XP.
IPT5 is a tool that helps you write Farsi in software which doesn't
have this ability. It is mostly used in designing and graphical software.
